ANSI of the Week - Vol. 1 - Aug. 9, 2011 - “To Sean” - by Re: Evolution. This is one of the last pictures ever drawn by me in ANSI format. It was created after I was notified that a close friend of mine, Sean - also a fellow ANSI artist - was found dead in his apartment due to a Demerol overdose. With that being said - I was recently randomly contacted by an old friend, better known as ‘RaD MaN’, the founder of ACiD, and this inspired me to start digging up all of my old art, some of which is lost forever. Regardless, I will be showcasing all of the ANSI art (that I can find) that I created between 1994-2005 under the pseudonyms ‘phOman’ and ‘reevolution’ on a weekly basis right here, at the EschaTON Productions Blog. I hope at least someone will enjoy it. Feel free to ask questions, as I don’t expect most of you to know about ANSI art, the scene surrounding it, all of the groups, it’s history, etc. Thanks for watching. - Re: Evolution.
